A deferred payment option is available deferring the payment for 9 months, withdrawal or to completion at a premium of 11%. We can print additional copies of the HIP for buyers; we just need their name and telephone number and we’ll arrange payment and postage.

It will tell you if the property is freehold, leasehold or commonhold. Whether it is registered, and if the property is being sold with vacant possession. Evidence of Title - These documents provide an up-to-date official record of who owns the land, and must contain the official copies of title plans, charges and other documents that can be requested from the Land Registry. Standard Searches - These include the local land charges register, local enquiries, drainage and water enquiries. Additional Statements and Information for Leasehold and Commonhold properties.
