I am a Domestic Energy Assessor working in the South Wales area including Swansea, Llanelli and Neath Port Talbot. Independant Provider of Home Information Packs HIPS (which include the EPC) and I also provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) for Landlords at very competitive prices. Prices for full Home Information Packs (HIPS) start from £220 (with NO VAT to pay) for a registered freehold property. Landlords. Cost for EPC's are fixed at £50.00 (with NO VAT to pay) and I can provide discounts for surveying multiple properties.

Home Information Pack Conditions: Check the terms of the contract for your home sale.
